The HK system probably doesn't even weight 50 pounds in all. The rear HK subs can be taken out really easily though, but they don't weight but maybe 3 to 4 pounds probably each. So, as others suggested, the BMW 53 amplifier in the truck is definitely bad. The Fix: The BMW dealer said a new BMW 53 would be $900. Look like a company called 'Bimmernav' sells refurbished units for $585. And they are going for quite a bit less than that on auction sites. Thanks for the responses. Car_Guy
