I needed to download two files (adksetup.exe - run this and select "Deployment" only and adkwinpesetup - just run) and Arconis created the USB rescue disk and on reboot/F12 the USB shows up and works correctly. Hope this helps. I did not make any changes the BIOS, just verified that boot from USB was enable and Fastboot was set to "Thorough".

When you enter BIOS SETUP, do you have the option to add/delete devices from the "Boot" menu? If so, is "external USB" listed as an option? Some motherboards have the option to enable/disable booting from USB. Be sure to "enable" that option.
We deploy Windows 7 x64 using SCCM using legacy boot. On a machine with HDD installed I can configure the boot options to use legacy boot, but when I replace the disk to a SSD drive the only boot option for this drive is UEFI. We have checked in the BIOS and are unable to locate the legacy boot option on these laptops. Please assist and point us in the right direction.
